Question 1

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on scope and on how many of design, growth and dev you need. The roadmap call is free, and you get a fixed quote within 48 hours of it, agreed in writing before any work starts.

Question 2

Fixed quote or hourly?

Accepted Answer

Fixed. You get one price for the agreed scope before any work starts, and that’s what you pay. If the scope changes, we send a short change note with the new price first. Nothing gets billed without your yes.

Question 3

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

Projects are paid in two parts: half to start and half on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. We invoice by email and accept bank transfer or card.

Question 4

How fast can you start?

Accepted Answer

Usually within one to two weeks of the roadmap call. You get your plan and a fixed quote within 48 hours, and once you say yes we book the first sprint.

Question 5

What does a normal week look like?

Accepted Answer

A short kickoff to agree the week’s goals, work shared in progress in a channel you can see, and a review where you give feedback on real work, not status slides. You always know what’s being done and why.

Question 6

Can you work with our in-house team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We often slot in next to an in-house designer, marketer or engineering team, working in your tools and handing over files and code they can keep running with.

Question 7

Which time zones do you work in?

Accepted Answer

We work with teams across Europe, Africa and the Americas. We keep a few hours of overlap with yours for calls and reviews, and the rest happens async so work moves while you sleep.

Question 8

Who will I actually work with?

Accepted Answer

Collins (design, product and engineering) and Paul (growth, $50M+ in ad spend managed) lead every engagement, with senior specialists from our vetted bench where the work needs them. Never a junior hand-off.

Question 9

Do you only do design?

Accepted Answer

No. We do design, growth and development. Hire us for one on its own, or all three from one shared plan, so you can add more later without starting over.

Question 10

Who owns the work?

Accepted Answer

You do. Once it’s paid for, every file, account and line of code is yours to keep, whether you keep working with us or not.
